Case study
FlocCare
Logo, brand identity, product, website and investor presentations for FlocCare, a generative AI platform for accurate, timely and compliant patient education, at scale.
Overview
FlocCare helps clinicians and nurses give patients clear, evidence-backed care information, in the patient’s own language, before and after every consultation.
Its engine combines a curated library of medical facts with vision-language models that compose video, visuals and narrative together. Specialists tune the tone, depth and care pathway, and every output can be traced to a medical source, not the open web. The mission is simple: “Accelerating healthcare awareness for a billion lives.”
We have worked with the team from the FlocHealth days through the move to FlocCare: the logo and brand, the app and clinic dashboard, the websites, and the presentations they take to clinics and investors.
Challenge
Chronic-care patients drop off their treatment plans after the first year.
Complex regimes, side effects and a lack of timely information leave patients relying only on the few minutes they get with their clinician. Clinics, already over-burdened, cannot scale one-to-one communication.
The brand had to feel warm and human enough for patients and families, credible enough for doctors and regulators, and modern enough to signal serious AI. And it had to work everywhere FlocCare goes, from a patient’s phone in India to an investor meeting in Singapore.
Brand
Two birds in flight: one leads, one follows, the way care is passed from clinician to patient.
The name comes from “flock”, people moving together. The symbol shows two birds in a green gradient, a larger one guiding a smaller one. The wordmark pairs “Floc” in a calm grey gradient with “Care” in a deep, confident red, so the promise of care is the part you remember.
The brand began as FlocHealth. We explored the bird mark with several typefaces before the identity grew into FlocCare, keeping the birds as the constant that carries trust across the change.

Product
A patient app built around demand cards, and a clinic dashboard that turns medical facts into a content calendar.
In the app, patients browse care categories such as fertility, maternity, menopause, elder, ortho and chronic care. Each topic is a demand card, like “Advice on managing sleep and fatigue as a new mother”, and a single “Floc it” button adds your voice to the request.
For clinics, the dashboard plans and generates patient-education posts across a content calendar, ready to edit and share.

Website
“Breaking IVF communication barriers in India with AI.”
For FlocCare’s IVF offer in India, we designed a landing page in the brand’s spectrum gradient. It explains how FlocCare supports the whole IVF journey, from first inquiry to follow-up: awareness campaigns, pre-treatment prep, treatment updates, emotional support, post-treatment care, and donor and surrogacy guidance.
A week-by-week section shows how a patient’s journey is transformed, and a results band sums up the value for clinics: faster content, lower cost and higher treatment adherence.

Presentations
An information deck for clinics and an investor deck that tells the story in one breath.
The deck moves from the problem (treatment drop-off) to the solution (medical facts, the GenVLM engine, clinician review and patient delivery) and the technology behind it, before closing on the mission: “Join us and take awareness to billion lives”, in support of UN Sustainable Development Goal 3.
Clean white slides, bold gradient numerals and simple line icons keep complex AI ideas easy to follow.

Outcomes
FlocCare speaks with one warm, credible voice, from a patient’s phone to an investor’s screen.
The birds carried the brand from FlocHealth to FlocCare. The product makes patient education feel personal, the IVF site gives clinics a clear reason to act, and the presentations make complex AI simple to understand.
