The S9 story
01 2017
S9 Studio began in 2017 with a simple idea: good design should feel like part of the team, not something delivered from the outside. We started small, working closely with founders who needed a design partner who would listen first and stay for the long run.

The best work happens when designers sit inside the conversation. We join your Slack and Figma, learn your customers and constraints, and make decisions alongside the people who build and sell the product. No hand-offs, no guesswork.
03 How we work
We plan weekly, set clear priorities, and deliver consistently. Async video walkthroughs keep everyone aligned across time zones, so teams in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia always know what is happening and what comes next.
04 Our process
Every engagement moves through six stages: Discover, Define, Design, Prototype, Validate, and Grow. Each step builds on real understanding, and the last one matters most. Design does not stop at launch, so we stay on as your partner as the product evolves.

06 What comes next
We are still a studio that values depth over volume. We take on fewer partners so we can go further with each one, creating cohesive brands, intuitive products, and websites that strengthen customer relationships and support sustainable growth.
