T3 is a London-based AI testing and evaluation consultancy built around three principles: Test, Transform, Trust. Their work helps organisations deploy AI with rigour — from red teaming and technical testing to responsible AI governance and operational resilience.

S9 partnered with T3 for ongoing website corrections and updates, social media design and visual design work. Our role was to keep the digital presence sharp and consistent as T3 articulated its services and built its brand in public — not to develop their platform, but to make every piece of owned media look and read as confidently as their work deserves.

T3 operates at the frontier of a fast-moving field. The brand needed to communicate authority without opacity — technical enough to be credible, clear enough for the executives and regulators who are their audience.

Website

T3's website is the front door to a technical practice. Every update needed to keep the content accurate, the hierarchy clear and the site fast.

Our work covered WordPress updates, copy and content corrections, structural fixes and visual refinements as T3's service offering evolved. The goal was to ensure that what a visitor reads reflects the current state of the firm's capabilities — and that the presentation matches the quality of the underlying work.

We treated each update as a small design task: not just changing text, but checking whether the change required a layout adjustment, a typographic correction or a visual re-balance. The site stayed coherent through each revision cycle.

Social media

LinkedIn is where T3's clients and partners find them. The social design work gave that channel a consistent, recognisable voice in a space crowded with noise.

We designed a series of branded LinkedIn covers and service-led graphics that translate T3's three core offerings — Benchmarking & Strategic Analysis, Technical Testing, and Evaluation & Scaling — into visuals that work at banner scale. Each design leads with the T3 mark and palette, using the brand's deep dark grounds and orange accents to create contrast that reads instantly in a feed.

Service graphics communicate what T3 does in a single frame, drawing on the specific language of each offering rather than generic AI-industry aesthetics. The result is a feed that does the work of positioning before a single word is read.

Red Teaming — stacked layout. Services listed vertically on the right with the question leading left — works for channel headers and profile banners.
T3 LinkedIn cover — Need Red Teaming? centre composition with logo and services
Red Teaming — centred. Logo anchored centre with the question bold-left; services listed right — a more assertive, ad-like composition.

Red Teaming — footer strip. Services run as a horizontal rule below the headline — cleaner negative space above, all context below the fold.

Visual design

T3's service frameworks needed visual treatments that made complex ideas legible without flattening them. We designed a series of diagrams that give each offering a distinct structure.

The Responsible AI diagram uses a hexagonal lattice to place T3's methodology at the centre of six interconnected disciplines: Human Centred Machine Learning, Regulatory & Governance Assurance, Ethical Decision Frameworks, Adaptive AI Security, Transparent & Interpretable Models, and Insight-Driven Explainability. The structure makes the interdependence visible — responsible AI is not a checklist but a system.

The ICAAP diagram maps seven dimensions of Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment radiating from the T3 mark: Governance, Capital & Budget Planning, Risk Discovery, Risk Quantification, Stress Testing, Monitoring & Reporting, and Audit Assurance. It exists in two colour variants — dark for branded social and web, light for white-background regulatory presentations and documents.

The Operational Resilience diagram uses a numbered, staggered layout to map the five-stage sequence: Proactive Risk Discovery & Evaluation, Strategic Continuity & Operational Foresight, Rapid Incident Response & Intelligent Recovery, Integrated Crisis Leadership & Coordination, and Adaptive Governance & Resilience-Driven Culture. Each stage offsets horizontally, creating a reading rhythm that mirrors the process itself.

Outcomes

T3's digital presence kept pace with a rapidly evolving practice — accurate, consistent and visually authoritative at every touchpoint we worked on.

Website updates were delivered quickly and cleanly, keeping content current through each service revision. Social assets gave T3 a LinkedIn presence that communicates expertise in a single frame. Service diagrams gave the practice a visual language for its frameworks that scales from a deck to a banner.
